Our honeymoon wasn’t the greatest. Shoot, I don’t think my wife even considers it a honeymoon. A honeymoon to her is somewhere warm, near water, or on a beach. I agree!
That wasn’t the description of our honeymoon. So, when my friends at BMWK announced the 2014 BMWK Marriage Cruise and Seminar at Sea I couldn’t wait to talk to her about it!
The right season in marriage for a vacation
We are really in a season of trying to pour into our marriage. We’ve witnessed failed marriages, as well as successful marriages, and want to give ours the best chance to be successful. And it is a daily grind! Sometimes when you are caught up in the grind, you need a break, or a vacation!
What better way to get a break than taking the honeymoon we felt we never really got. In addition, we will have the opportunity to make our marriage better through marriage seminars, social events, and the much coveted time alone!

BMWK Marriage Cruise & Seminar at Sea
The BMWK Marriage Cruise will consist of five nights on the high seas, leaving from Ft. Lauderdale, Florida and heading to Roatan, Honduras and Cozumel, Mexico. There will be workshops on communication, intimacy, and finances covered by some of the best on marriage and relationships! Sounds like an ideal vacation to me.
We are looking forward to it, and would love you to join us! There are only 60 cabins available, and the updates from BMWK are saying the cabins are going fast. Click here for details and pricing information on the cruise.
Did you go on a honeymoon? If so, what was it like? If not, what vacation would be your ideal honeymoon?
Sounds great. I can honestly say that one day, I’m going to owe my wife a honeymoon she’ll consider a honeymoon. Our’s was okay…but not “epic” in regards to location. And once we are done with our debt snowball, we are will get back to going on vacations.
Ours was in a log cabin in Southern Indiana…and my wife is not an outdoors person! (smart of me huh?)
We almost turned around the minute we arrived because of some noises and an animal that was waiting on us at the front door in the dark! LOL
We went to Kelly’s Island….in mid-May. NOTHING was open on the island, lol.
LOL!
